Cayenne Chili Olive Oil

This fused oil is made with whole red cayenne peppers crushed with early green Frantoio olives, and has the loveliest red color. Spicy and flavorful, this makes a great drizzle over pizza and pasta. It’s also wonderful with potatoes and roasted vegetables and in marinades, dipping sauces and aiolis. Because of the heat and flavor, it’s popular when making chicken wings and salsas.
