Peach White Balsamic Vinegar

Like biting into a ripe peach! This summertime staple makes a great dressing, is wonderful over a grilled peach Caprese salad or mixed with yogurt or cottage cheese. Crisp, flavorful and just a bit sweet, it makes a great marinade for poultry or drizzled over warm brie or goat cheese.
