Spicy Calabrian Pesto Olive Oil

Calabrian chilis, basil, garlic and Pecorino cheese (botanically derived - this oil is vegan) combine to make a savory, slightly spicy, infused olive oil. Roast vegetables or drizzle over pasta, rice or risotto. This is a great oil for bread dipping or making garlic bread. Marinate poultry, use in salad dressings or add to salsas.
