Aged up to 18 years using the Solera System in Modena, Italy, in chestnut, oak, mulberry and ash barrels to produce a rich, complex and dense (and delicious!) balsamic vinegar.
Use for vinaigrettes, glazes, marinades and bread dipping as well as for drizzling over fruit and vegetables or marinating meat and poultry.
Pairs beautifully with any olive oil.
Ingredients: Grape must, wine vinegar, naturally occurring sulfites.
